South Knowlesville Community & The Rural Neighbourhood Project

The Rural Neighbourhood Project is an idea that has come from several years of dreams around rural revitalization and what it could look like in New Brunswick. Beginning in 2006, we have been on a journey to create a rural neighbourhood here in South Knowlesville. Since its inception, many people have lent their hands and hearts to the mission of building practical tools & skills for achieving a sustainable future.

Circle Pond Tiny Homes

Located in Florida, Circle Pond Tiny Homes features 12 lots spread over 4.5 acres. Rent is $475/month, covering utilities, power, lawn maintenance, and garbage. This community focuses partly on workforce housing, offering 30x30’ lots for tiny homes on wheels. Each lot includes a raised garden bed and hose hookup. The site boasts 40 fruit trees, bees, a common firepit, and an on-site microgreens business.
